Meet Our Team
Bart Ladzinski, DMD
Dr. Bart Ladzinski first developed a love of dentistry as a child. When he was six, his family immigrated from Kraków, Poland to the US, and his mom became a dental assistant. He spent the afternoons after school at the dental office where his mom worked. He was inspired as he watched how people who were sick, hurting, or unhappy were treated by the dentist and got better. He knew he wanted to be a dentist so that he could keep working with his hands and help others just like he had seen growing up. Dr. Ladzinski graduated from the University of Illinois at Chicago College of Dentistry, one of the most prestigious dental schools in the country, and he became the first person from his family to get a higher education!
Brandon Martinez, DMD
Dr. Brandon Martinez has been passionate about making a difference in people’s lives from an early age. Ever since he could walk, he has always sought to help those in need. While studying at the University of Florida, he earned a minor in Disabilities in Society, focusing on the integration of individuals with disabilities into modern life. His deep love for all people and his extraordinary patience began with his sister, who was diagnosed with autism at the age of two. Since then, Dr. Martinez has worked to bring inclusivity into all aspects of life, including dentistry.
He earned his Doctorate of Dental Medicine from Nova Southeastern University in Davie, Florida, becoming the first-generation doctor in his family. From his humble beginnings to giving back to his local community, Dr. Martinez continuously seeks new ways to break down barriers and make dentistry accessible to all.
Ross Freeman, DMD
Dr. Ross Freeman, originally from Indianapolis, Indiana, pursued his undergraduate studies in chemistry at Indiana University before earning his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree with “High Academic Distinction” from the Indiana University School of Dentistry in 2011.

Following his DDS, Dr. Freeman entered a highly competitive Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Residency at Indiana University Medical Center. His four years of intensive surgical training, completed in 2015, included expertise in reconstructive jaw and facial surgery, TMJ surgery, and the treatment of cancer and tumors. He collaborated with craniofacial and plastic surgery teams to repair cleft lip and palate, and had the unique opportunity to train alongside his father, Dr. Stephen Freeman, a renowned surgeon specializing in microvascular and reconstructive head and neck cancer surgery.
During his residency, Dr. Freeman also received comprehensive training in anesthesia, including pediatric anesthesia, and completed hundreds of general anesthesia cases as part of one of the nation’s top programs.
Upon finishing his residency and receiving his Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery certificate, Dr. Freeman pursued Board Certification, setting him apart in the field. To date, he has performed over 5,000 IV sedations, 50,000 dental extractions, and placed more than 5,000 dental implants. He is one of the few surgeons in the region skilled in the advanced “All-on-4” and “All-on-X” full-mouth dental implant procedures.
After spending many years in Indiana, Dr. Freeman now resides in Southwest Florida with his wife, three children, and their red Maltipoo, Fin. Outside of his practice, he enjoys spending quality time with his family, cave scuba diving, and shark diving.
